BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3719 Provence Street, southeast of Oriole Drive. Lots 6 and 7, Plat of West View, E. M. and L. T. Prigmores Subdivision of the S. M. Walker Estate, as shown by plat of record in plat book 8, page 21, R.O.H.C., being the property described as Tract One, and part of the property described as Tract Two, in deed book 2828, page 778, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 157A-G-9 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection and maintenance of a sight-obscuring fence along the south and west property lines; 2. All existing easements are retained; and 0C 3. No commercial access along Provence Street. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
